Over the last few years I increasingly got into modeling in Softimage XSI. Recently I was hired to build models for Studio AKA's adaptation of Oliver Jeffers' children's book Lost and Found. Armandine Pecharman is the art director and the film is being directed by Philip Hunt. Lost and Found will be screened Christmas 2008 on Channel Four Television. The idea was that, despite the fact that the models are CG, a slightly uneven, hand drawn quality of Oliver Jeffers' illustrations should be retained. I modeled several sets and props for the film. Below are stills form the Lost & Found Office I built and a cargo ship, which I built and textured. They are not lit and don't represent the final look of the film.
